On the main building, we completed a refurb of the exterior granite facade panels.
On the parking garage, we replaced the existing failed stucco system with a current Florida Building Code compliant stucco cladding system.
On the parking garage deck, we completed concrete repairs and then finally installed a trafficable urethane deck coating system to the upper exposed garage decks.
