Retro-fit For The Future
This beachfront estate home has its eye on the future. We have removed all of the existing windows and doors and rebuilt the openings to receive new upgraded window and door assemblies. We also removed all of the exterior stucco cladding systems in preparation for a new enhanced exterior stucco and stone cladding system to update the aesthetics of the home. Along with those major upgrades, we have re-sloped the balconies and added a new and enhanced waterproofing system to all of the exterior elevated decks. In conjunction with these enhancements, we also modified and reconstructed numerous structural columns.
On the interior of the home, we removed all trim, drywall and insulation, mechanical equipment and electrical wiring in anticipation of a newly updated interior floor plan.
